Good point. And still, the war will continue to be a religious one in nature. Remove religion from the area and Palestinians and Israelis are the same.

I hope that one day Israel can become a democracy. It is currently just a tad too theocratic to qualify as one.

Of course, so is the U.S. these days. And, we go one further by not even having all votes equal, but a discussion of the electoral college would be way off topic here.
